MAB delivered an extensive re-modelling of our house which has left us with an incredible family house. We were nervous about the level of steel work and structural changes that were required for an older property however MAB managed the technical delivery with excellence.
Kevin and many others on site were professional and dedicated for the entirety of our project. Marc was always fair and easy to communicate with and maintained a calm head even when practical challenges were encountered.

This involved a major remodelling of the internal layout, replacement plumbing, drainage and electrics, new roof, new dormers, replacement of an old extension with a new one and new double garage.
The project also included fitting of 5 bathrooms and full internal redecoration of the house.
In just under 12 months, Marc's team have meticulously transformed our house into a very special home. We are delighted not only with the finished result which is of the highest quality in all regards, but we also found Marc and all of his team to be a pleasure to work with. They communicated well, worked pragmatically through the various challenges that arose, and worked in tandem with the architect and interior designer to deliver an exceptional result.
Throughout the project, the costs were managed with transparency and detail that let us remain in control of the budget and make informed choices about where we deployed our spend. Marc has a really strong team of employees and subcontractors who all went the extra mile to deliver a level of quality not commonly seen. And all of them were nice, hardworking, trustworthy guys who we enjoyed working with.
